This includes contract oversight and collaboration with strategic sourcing and regional supply chain teams. Your background in a similar sector, particularly in sourcing components, will equip you with the understanding of the critical nature of timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery from the assigned supplier portfolio
- Manage and execute purchase orders according to MRP specifications
- Expedite components as per business needs
- Ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations where applicable
- Collaborate with Quality teams on root cause analysis and corrective measures
- Communicate updates effectively across functions
- Lead and support improvement initiatives following lean principles
- Occasional travel may be required for both domestic and international engagements

Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills to engage at all organizational levels
- Technical knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes
- Experience in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in MRP systems such as SAP
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Effective decision-making capabilities
- Ability to evaluate risks related to commercial, performance, and relationships
- Awareness of cost factors
- Proven background in manufacturing or engineering, preferably in Aerospace or Supply Chain
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines

Qualifications
- CIPs qualification or currently pursuing it
- Degree in a relevant field
- Lean/continuous improvement certification is preferred but not mandatory
