Job Summary:

  • Provide comprehensive interventions to support children and young people aged 8-25 who are struggling with substance use.
  • Work with a caseload of young people to assess, care plan, and intervene in a trauma-informed approach.
  • Collaborate with youth support teams, external agencies, and schools to provide a holistic support service.
  • Engage with families and community centers to ensure a comprehensive support network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop care plans for young people with substance use issues.
  • Provide one-to-one support and group work sessions to promote positive change.

Requirements:
