This position necessitates a solid understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN) and IP networking. Proficiency in low-level programming and configuration is an essential aspect of the role.

Role Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote position for a Security Systems Technician. The Technician will be tasked with troubleshooting, servicing, providing technical support, and conducting maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Troubleshooting, Field Service, and Maintenance & Repair
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience in providing technical support
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Background in the security sector is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications are preferred
