Logistics Associate – Join Our Team

We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our logistics team. This role offers a pathway to permanent employment.

Shift and Compensation Details:
  • Fixed shifts from Monday to Friday
  • Morning Shift - 06:00-14:00 - £11.44 per hour
  • Evening Shift - 14:00-22:00 - £11.67 with an additional £3.00 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 18:00-22:00
  • Overtime compensation at 1.5 times the standard rate, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various warehouse tasks as assigned
  • Engage in picking and packing operations
  • Exhibit strong numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Conduct quality checks on products
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and also work independently

Candidate Profile:
Successful applicants will demonstrate a robust work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and eager to learn.
