About the Role

The Bedford College Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business and Finance Lecturer to join our team. As a Business and Finance Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the business and finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students on business and finance-related subjects
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials, assessments, and evaluation methods
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies
  • Contribute to the development of business and finance-related programs and courses

Requirements

  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS)
  • Degree in business and/or finance-related subject
  • Experience of teaching and industry experience in business and finance
  • Ability to demonstrate alignment to our organisational values: Valuing Teamwork, Improving Continuously, Student Centred, Inclusive, Open and Caring, and Nurturing Education Excellence
