We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our growing finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic financial insight across multiple locations, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance to senior stakeholders, including department leads, on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Rebuild confidence in financial data by producing timely, accurate reports and analysis.
  • Act as the primary financial advisor to senior stakeholders, offering critical insights into risks, opportunities, and performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prepare and review budgets, plan for potential slippages, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
  • Support the year-end processes, audits, and system integrations, ensuring a smooth financial transition.

  • A fully qualified Accountant with proven experience in financial business partnering.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel between locations, with the option for remote working during off-peak periods.
