Job Description

**Job Title:** Factory Production Associate

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Factory Production Associate to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Factory Production Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare pallets for dispatch and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct basic inspection and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Work with specifications and guidelines to ensure compliance with our quality control procedures.
  • Inspect and record incoming goods to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy production area and factory grounds to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Perform general factory operative duties as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Some experience working with wood and/or power tools is desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience as a General Operative, Labourer, Production Operative, or similar role is preferred.
  • A willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina and strength.
