The Role
As a Counter Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and exceptional service. You will assist customers with their purchases, manage inventory, and ensure the sales counter operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance in selecting plumbing products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services we offer, including new and existing inventory.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Ensure the sales counter and store are clean, organized, and well-presented, with products displayed attractively.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
