We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our reputable client, providing essential support to the Estimating team. The role involves a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative assistance to the Estimating team.
- Ensure all incoming tenders comply with requirements, maintain an updated notification sheet, and manage the organization and filing of tenders.
- Engage with subcontractors to assess interest in pricing, request quotations, and follow up on outstanding quotes.
- Perform various other administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
