Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our international paid media strategy across both paid search and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Paid Search Strategy: Create and manage paid search campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of paid media specialists to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in managing social and search campaigns in-house or agency-based.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of paid platforms like Meta, Tik-Tok, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
