We are seeking a compassionate and organized Care Coordinator to join our team at Peninsula Care Homes Ltd. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities and programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families
- Manage and maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our care and activity policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or activity coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
