Job Title: Trainee Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Executive to join our team at Employal. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, managing and working in a full 360-degree sales process, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Manage and work in a full 360-degree sales process, including outbound calls, acquiring and closing sales, and reporting on sales figures.
  • Attend training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure Employal remains competitive in the market.
  • Accurately record all customer details and update the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and sales tracking.
  • Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets, while maintaining a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous office experience where you handled phone calls and emails is essential.
  • Looking to secure a role in sales and willing to work towards targets.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
