Position Overview:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and will oversee the management of the ICT Infrastructure within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to the ICT Department and execute strategies that protect the organization's interests.
  • Administer and support servers, systems, and networks.
  • Facilitate installation and support services across LANs, WANs, network segments, and other ICT frameworks.
  • Document business requirements for ICT systems, assess the impact of software modifications, prepare technical specifications, and conduct unit tests while offering support throughout all development phases.
  • Generate systems documentation and user manuals for effective user guidance.
  • Evaluate user training requirements related to ICT systems and organize necessary training sessions.
  • Advise on, implement, and uphold system security and user access protocols for ICT systems.
  • Engage in the analysis, design, programming, and deployment of systems.
  • Participate in the automation of operations, project implementations, enhancements, and system integration initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with ICT service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Ensure the ERP system is implemented according to the approved timeline and recommend viable solutions for the ERP system, processes, and customization aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Innovate and enhance ICT solutions (such as intranet and web systems) to address existing challenges and ensure secure and optimal ICT utilization.
  • Provide ICT support, installation, maintenance, and advisory services to users regarding software, hardware, networking, website updates, and backups.
  • Establish and implement quality standards and procedures for hardware and software.
  • Analyze computing needs, identify infrastructure requirements, and initiate projects for improvement.
  • Anticipate and plan for future program needs, including modernization and upgrades of current facilities.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain performance monitoring and reporting systems that deliver management and technical insights for informed decision-making and operational support.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage information systems to fulfill user requirements effectively.
  • Facilitate the automation of all office functions, including inter-office communication.
  • Build strong partnerships with external suppliers to enhance productivity and manage costs efficiently.
  • Lead, manage, and develop staff to foster a productive work environment.
