About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cherry Trees in Burnham-on-Sea. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to develop independence and personal skills
  • Transport and support individuals to integrate into their community
  • Assist with daily living tasks and home maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, supportive, and sensitive to the needs of autistic individuals. A driving licence and Enhanced DBS Check are preferred but not essential.
