Job Summary

The Talent Crowd is seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Account Manager to join our client services team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding commercial needs, interrogating client briefs, planning and implementing campaigns to suit their requirements.

This is a highly collaborative role involving colleagues across the agency within the Creative, PR, and digital teams. You will be client-facing with high-profile responsibilities, working with clients in the technical industries such as pharmaceuticals and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their commercial needs and goals.
  • Interrogate client briefs to identify key objectives and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement campaigns to suit client requirements, working closely with the Creative, PR, and digital teams.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign progress and results.

  • Proven track record working within a marketing agency, ideally within B2B sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven approach to work.
  • Passionate about marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
