Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our supply chain team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in linking the supply and commercial functions, providing a clear demand signal into the supply chain to support factory scheduling, material purchasing, and finished goods inventory optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand/Forecast System Management: Manage demand and forecast systems, collect and analyze data, create insights, challenge commercial assumptions, and collaborate on action planning and delivery.
- Exceptional Demand Event Planning: Plan and execute demand events, including promotional calendars, new product launches, and seasonal demand.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on medium- and long-term forecast changes that may impact the business.
- Material Planning: Translate demand planning data into material planning data for procurement and manufacturing.
- Supply Chain Relationship Management: Manage supply chain relationships with D2C fulfillment providers and liaise with teams to ensure material planning and performance are correct.
- International Supply Chain Support: Provide supply chain support for international import/export and associated transport procedures, working with finance and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, factory scheduling, material planning, and stock control.
- Strong understanding of demand planning processes, procedures, and measures.
