Job Overview

Person Specification

Education, Qualifications & Training

  • GCSE standard including English and maths/computer studies or equivalent.

Experience

  • Experience of managing a discrete body of work to ensure timescales are met.
  • Experience of word processing and audio-typing.
  • Ability to work with highly confidential data, and to maintain patient confidentiality.

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and telephone communication skills, to enable liaison with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize busy workload.
  • Able, and happy, to work as part of a team.
