Job Title: Production Operative

Morgan Jones is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their team in Sandwich, Kent. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with manual handling tasks, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team with manual handling tasks, including sorting and packing food items.
  • Organize the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
  • Operate the tray wash system to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Sort through seeds for quality control, ensuring only the highest quality products are dispatched.
  • Pack food items, such as baby lettuce, ready for distribution to external food businesses.
