Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and pragmatic professional to oversee our health, safety, and facilities management across multiple sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety
    • Review and approve health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Investigate and follow up on accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee facilities management across all sites, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities management.
    • Ensure all sites meet health and safety standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Compile health and safety activity reports and performance statistics.
    • Provide health and safety information, instruction, and training as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a related industry in a health and safety role.
  • An understanding of the marine industry and relevant legislation.
  • Experience of maintaining a safe working place.
