Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive our brand's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and curate high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and monitor user engagement and feedback.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports on performance and insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand-relevant and engaging content is flawlessly posted across all social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to optimize our social media presence.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across UK, France, Italy, and German markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Plannable, Sprout, Later, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content.
- Thorough understanding of graphic design and video editing software.
- Experience in event planning and management is a plus.
