About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Inverness services, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and mobility assistance.
- Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and interests, including walking, gym, trampolining, and social events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
