Block Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of a leasehold scheme in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all buildings are in good order, attending client meetings, and managing project management of Section 20 consultations and major internal and external works.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance of the leasehold scheme, ensuring all buildings are in good condition.
- Attend client meetings, including AGM's and Directors meetings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the project management of Section 20 consultations, major internal and external works, and ensure compliance with lease terms and statutory requirements.
- Ensure effective communication with residents and clients, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and diligent manner.
- Manage electronic data and emails, ensuring all client files are up-to-date and accurate.
- Deal with email and telephone enquiries from lessees, subtenants, contractors, and clients, providing timely and effective responses.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and statutory requirements, including Health & Safety regulations and General and Fire risk assessment recommendations.
- Review and agree all circular and client correspondence, including newsletters, to ensure regular and accurate communication.
- Experience in block property management, with a good knowledge of budgets and Section 20 notices.
- AIRPM qualified, although not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
