A leading material handling manufacturer is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing a client base around Northamptonshire, ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when servicing & repairing forklifts & other equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing a client base around Northamptonshire
  • Servicing forklift trucks & other material handling equipment
  • Identifying parts required for clients
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when servicing & repairing forklifts & other equipment
  • Reporting to the Regional Service Manager

Requirements

The company has a preference for an individual from a forklift truck background, but this is not essential. The company is open to considering candidates from other backgrounds including plant, powered access, automotive/commercial vehicles, or cranes.
