As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and improving our Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with QSHE standards and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Maintain Integrated Management System
  • Develop, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with QSHE standards and legislation.
Oversee Risk Management
  • Oversee risk management, including maintaining risk and legal registers, and escalate issues as necessary.
Support Staff Training and Development
  • Support staff training and development to ensure understanding of QSHE standards and their relevance to business objectives.
Implement and Monitor QSHE Performance
  • Implement, monitor, and audit QSHE performance, including emergency management and business continuity plans, and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
Provide Guidance and Support
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to all personnel on company policies and procedures, and complete assigned tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH/IEMA certification preferred but not essential.
