About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our team at CityFibre. As a key member of our national and regional teams, you will play a vital role in supporting our projects by providing transparent and accurate reporting on their status and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and optimize reporting processes to drive efficient data insights
  • Coordinate and produce content to support our governance framework
  • Support adherence to best practice with risk, issues, opportunities, and change governance
  • Share key lessons learned to enable continuous improvement across all projects
  • Carry out data deep dives to support performance investigations
  • Support IT development and prioritization for our scaled platforms portfolio
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Understanding of the risk and change process
  • Experience carrying out data deep dives and investigating issues
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
  • Experience supporting governance meetings to track KPIs
  • Experience gathering multiple data sets from different teams
