Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading business in their field, is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced leader.

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the manufacturing department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective budget management.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Support the implementation of financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Part qualified CIMA / ACCA.
• Proven experience within management accounts, ideally within an SME.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
