We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Manchester Co-op Academy Manchester. As a key member of our Education division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious, and sustainable food to our students.
About the Role
As a Catering Manager, you will be accountable for managing a team of 8 Catering Assistants and 1 Second in Charge. You will be responsible for controlling and managing a budget, ensuring ongoing team communications, and building internal and external relationships to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and manage a team of catering professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Manage a budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and environmental regulations.
