Job Title: Pharmacy Support Associate

At Montu, we are seeking a highly skilled and patient-centric Pharmacy Support Associate to join our Pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, responding to patient queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process prescriptions and manage administrative tasks associated with medication dispensing.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team and clinic to ensure seamless communication and efficient medication delivery.
  • Support the pharmacy team in managing prescriptions, resolving minor queries, and addressing quality issues with medication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing support and guidance on navigating their care within the pharmacy and clinic.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks, including ordering processes, and support operational and clinical recruitment and onboarding.
  • Report incidents and significant events, and liaise with the Head of Governance on complaints and compliments.
  • Liaise with product and tech support teams on technical issues.
  • Work closely with the line manager and wider team on service improvement and attend work-related meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • High level of IT proficiency and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs.
