About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Social Worker to join our team at Diagrama Adoption. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children, adults, and families through adoption, making a real difference to their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planned meetings and reviews where children are placed prior to formal adoption.
  • Work in partnership with local authorities and other agencies to ensure child-focus and safeguarding priorities.
  • Participate in training, family fun picnics, support groups, recruitment events, and celebration days.

Requirements:

  • Resilient and experienced professional with a relentless focus on high-quality experiences for families.
  • Previous experience in adoption with an excellent track record of undertaking high-quality assessments.
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings as necessary, as part of your working week, as well as participate in the team roster for out of-hours telephone support.
