About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work in our Secure Inpatient Services, providing direct clinical work, consultation, teaching, and staff support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions for adults with complex mental health difficulties
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Contribute to the development of service-wide initiatives and projects
- Supervise and support junior staff members
Person Specification
- Doctorate in clinical, counselling, or forensic psychology or equivalent
- Registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience of working with complex mental health problems and forensic populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
