Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Parenta. As an Apprentice Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 0-5 years, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes their emotional, social, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children between the ages of 0-5 years, organizing activities and providing care and support under the supervision of qualified staff.
  • Assist and meet the personal and emotional needs of individual children, including changing nappies, feeding, and establishing relationships.
  • Work under supervision to provide all aspects of care and support to children, ensuring they participate in day-to-day learning and play activities.
  • Ensure the setting is safe, clean, and well-presented.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of work and provide a positive experience for children.
  • Contribute to a high-quality caring environment for children, creating a warm, friendly, and stimulating atmosphere that promotes their development.

Requirements:

  • Be passionate about caring for children.
  • Have an outgoing, bubbly, motivated attitude.
  • Be a committed, punctual, and reliable individual.
  • Be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with previous employers and the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
