About the Senior Employment Solicitor Position:

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Employment Solicitor will be responsible for delivering thorough legal advice to the organization and its departments. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a legal consultant for client organizations
  • Providing guidance to the Human Resources Department on employment-related issues such as TUPE, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, and maternity rights
  • Preparing cases for Employment Tribunals and serving as an advocate when necessary
  • Representing clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties regarding relevant legal matters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in advocacy and exceptional skills in relationship building, networking, and influence. Applicants should be qualified solicitors, barristers, or FCILEx with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, although we welcome discussions with candidates from diverse employment law backgrounds.
