We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Expert to join our team at Bristol Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert brow styling and makeup services, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer customer inquiries, and make recommendations on our products and services.
- Brow Styling and Makeup Services: Offer expert brow styling and makeup services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customers look and feel their best.
- Sales Goals and Performance: Achieve individual sales goals, meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Administration and Housekeeping: Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks, and ensure the counter and displays are clean and hygienic at all times.
Requirements:
