Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer in Beauty Therapy to join our team at Gi Group. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the beauty therapy industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and workshops on a range of beauty therapy topics, including skincare, makeup, and nail technology.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials to support student learning.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, including guidance on career development and employability skills.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate level teaching qualification or be willing to work towards.
  • Ability to deliver to students at all levels and abilities and to use flexible and innovative methods of delivery.
  • Be able to transfer practical experience into useful learning activities.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people receiving education and training.
