Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer in Beauty Therapy to join our team at Gi Group. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the beauty therapy industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Assessment: You will teach and assess students on a range of courses and learning programs, ensuring excellent teaching and learning outcomes.
- Administrative Tasks: You will undertake administrative tasks associated with your role, including learner registration, attendance, record keeping, tracking, and reporting.
- Student Support: You will provide pre and on-course guidance to support students in achieving successful outcomes.
- Curriculum Development: You will contribute to the development of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of students and the industry.
- Academic and Pastoral Care: You will have overall responsibility for the academic and pastoral care of a group or groups of students.
Requirements:
- Teaching Qualification: You will have an appropriate level teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
- Delivering to Students: You will be able to deliver to students at all levels and abilities, using flexible and innovative methods of delivery.
- Practical Experience: You will be able to transfer practical experience into useful learning activities.
- Safeguarding: You will have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people receiving education and training.
