About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Gloucester and the Forest of Dean. As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes, providing personal care and companionship to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and helping with self-care
  • Support clients with medications and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as household chores and errands

Requirements

  • No experience necessary - we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Means of transport required, as clients are cared for in their own homes
