**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our IT Operations Function, you will be responsible for running a national team of regional engineers and planning and delivering IT services across the group.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term IT Service Delivery plans to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Represent Group IT to internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Group IT senior management and external partners.
  • Identify business challenges and develop strategies to deliver added value to the business.
  • Chair and facilitate regular Service Reviews with stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Support budget-related conversations and monitor supplier performance.
  • Develop and maintain continuous service improvement plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering IT services.
  • Experience managing major incidents and escalations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working with Microsoft technologies.
