Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at St Martins Lane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the seamless operation of our speakeasy cocktail bar, the Blind Spot
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails with precision and flair
  • Assist other team members in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of service and quality
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or service-based industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A sense of urgency and a 'yes, yes, yes' mentality
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for food and beverage
