About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and implement effective reporting and analysis tools to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial planning and analysis objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit controllers, finance directors, and other senior leaders.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in managing financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA certification
  • Substantial experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of technical accounting and current laws and accounting principles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
