Position Overview
We are pleased to present an opportunity for a self-sufficient, autonomous Prescribing Clinician to enhance our Urgent Care service during out-of-hours periods on a part-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
As an Independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinician, you will collaborate with Medvivo's multidisciplinary team to provide safe and prompt care to individuals utilizing our Integrated Urgent Care Service.
We offer a range of shifts, including in-person consultations and triage roles, as well as mobile sessions where you will conduct home visits for patients unable to reach our facilities, supported by an Urgent Care Assistant and a fully equipped medical vehicle.

- Referring patients to alternative care settings as necessary.
- Assisting our Care Coordination Service from our central office.
- Supporting the triage of calls received through the NHS111 pathway during standard operating hours.
Please note that remote support from a senior clinician will always be available during your shifts.
