Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Older Adult Psychology Service in Dumfries and Galloway. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our dedicated staff to provide high-quality psychological services to older adults with a range of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans for older adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment, and loss.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and services to support older people with mental health needs.
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments to support timely and accurate diagnosis of dementia.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and supervision, and engage in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in psychological models.
