Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our night shift team at our Northampton facility. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification on production machinery
  • Pre-planned maintenance of on-site machinery
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Collaboration with the engineering manager to ensure efficient production
  • Repairing conveyors and automated machinery in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a maintenance engineer in a FMCG or food manufacturing environment
  • Relevant electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair experience
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and control panels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical and mechanical engineering
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary between £52,000-£54,000 per annum
  • 31 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays)
  • Pension scheme with up to 5% contribution match
