Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vetting Management Administrator to become a vital part of our security team. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our vetting processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling sensitive information within a multifaceted environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the processing of security vetting applications and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage data inputs and outputs from the vetting database.
  • Generate management information (MI) reports and disseminate data to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of vetting data with a focus on accuracy.
  • Supply information to external parties as required.
  • Regulate access to designated security-sensitive areas.
  • Assist in the creation of new documentation and processes aimed at enhancing vetting procedures.
  • Facilitate staff briefings related to vetting matters.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in vetting or security clearance management and personnel security.
  • Extensive background in processing sensitive data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding prioritization and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with UK customer operations is advantageous.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Candidates must be located in the UK, as relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is not available. A maximum notice period of one month is preferred.
