About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Lead to join our team at Blue Triangle Housing Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our new Development Strategy, working closely with the Engagement & Growth Manager to evolve and change our service models in alignment with the needs of people, communities, and commissioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Development Strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of funding applications, tenders, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners, funders, and community groups.
  • Provide project management support to ensure successful project delivery and business as usual.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in business development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and expansion. You will also have experience of managing multiple projects and priorities, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
