Job Title: Director, Data Architecture

At Nxera Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Architecture to lead our data strategy and architecture efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data architecture that supports our business objectives and drives data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data architecture strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and development of data warehouses, data lakes, and other data management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Lead data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to drive business insights and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data architecture and analytics with a strong understanding of data management concepts.
  • Strong technical skills in data warehousing, data cleansing, and data management.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
