Job Title: Business Analysis Senior Manager

Job Description:

  • Proactively manage smaller projects or distinct elements of larger projects with limited input from senior colleagues, while guiding junior team members.
  • Continuously develop existing technical and accountancy knowledge through on-the-job experience and training opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Undertake financial analysis, prepare financial models, and maintain a thorough understanding of statutory and compliance processes and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong awareness of relevant risk issues and mitigants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing draft Independent Business Reviews and other written output for review. Strong financial analysis skills, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to produce high-quality documents/presentations that meet stakeholder expectations are essential.

You'll understand key areas of compliance and risk, be able to produce written reports to a high standard, ready for director or partner review. Knowledge of IPS, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills will also be key. You'll assume day-to-day responsibility for projects across all stages in both the Advisory and Insolvency streams.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification (ICAEW/ACCA) with an appropriate amount of experience.
  • Up-to-date understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and IPS.
