Conference and Events Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Conference and Banqueting team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate events from setup to breakdown, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement event strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
