Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to create exceptional wine pairing options
  • Offer tailored wine suggestions to enhance guest experiences
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members
  • Manage the organization and upkeep of the wine cellar
  • Interact with patrons to gauge their preferences
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment related to wine service
