We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, working towards the development of a new Emergency site in Bournemouth. You will have the chance to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care, while contributing to the growth and development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring best practice is upheld.
- Participate in continuing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and research.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Diploma in Adult Nursing or Children's Nursing, or Degree in Nursing or related subject.
- Active UK NMC registration.
- Previous Acute hospital experience, with a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures.
