Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our client base within the industrial recruitment sector.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct telesales and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market reach.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and company policies to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Cross-sell existing products and services to maximize revenue potential.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in industrial recruitment or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong desire to exceed sales goals.
  • Previous telesales experience is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is required.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and a 5% commission on all new business generated. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
