Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct telesales and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market reach.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and company policies to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Cross-sell existing products and services to maximize revenue potential.
- Proven experience in industrial recruitment or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong desire to exceed sales goals.
- Previous telesales experience is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driving license is required.
We offer a competitive salary and a 5% commission on all new business generated. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
